BCAA Shock Powder (Fruit Punch) is a blend of 5000mg of branched-chain amino acids and Glutamine for lean muscle and recovery. It contains a 2:1:1 ratio of Leucine to Isoleucine and Valine. These amino acids support normal protein synthesis and nitrogen retention, part of the body's process for maintaining lean muscle.
