Shipping policy

Free shipping across Canada and the continental USA.

Every order ships free, with no minimum. Shipping is not added at checkout, not added to your total, and does not appear on your invoice — the price you see on the product page is the price you pay, plus applicable taxes.

Timing. Orders are handed to our fulfillment centre within 1–2 business days. US orders typically arrive in 3–6 business days; Canadian orders in 5–10 business days. You'll receive tracking as soon as your order ships.

Where we ship. All Canadian provinces and territories, and the continental United States. We can't currently ship to Alaska, Hawaii, or US territories, and we don't currently ship outside North America.

United States orders. These ship from within the United States. Nothing crosses a border and there are no customs charges of any kind.

Shipping to Canada — please read before you order

Renu North products are manufactured and shipped from the United States. Every Canadian order crosses the border as an import, and Canadian law requires the carrier to collect tax and a customs handling fee on shipments above a set value. We cannot prepay this and we cannot remove it. It is collected by FedEx on behalf of the Canada Border Services Agency — not by us, and we receive no part of it.

Here is exactly what to expect.

Orders under CAD $40: nothing to pay. Under the CUSMA agreement, courier shipments valued below CAD $40 clear the border free of tax and duty. Your parcel arrives with nothing owing.

Orders of CAD $40 and above: expect roughly CAD $16 to $28. FedEx will email you before delivery. The amount is your provincial GST or HST on the order value (5% to 15% depending on where you live) plus FedEx's customs handling fee of about $12. As a guide: a $45 order is around $17, a $70 order around $20, and a $140 stack around $27.

This charge is paid directly to FedEx and is separate from what you paid us. Shipping itself remains free — we do not charge for delivery on any order, to any address, with no minimum.

If you would rather not pay an import charge, keep your order under CAD $40. Several of our single products are priced to sit below that line.

If a parcel is refused at delivery it is returned to our US fulfillment centre. We will refund the product price once it arrives back with us, less return shipping.

Orders shipping within the United States are fulfilled domestically and are never subject to import charges. The price you see is the price you pay.
