Most supplements need two to four weeks of consistent daily use before you can fairly judge them. A 14-day return window doesn't give you that. So we give you sixty days — enough time to actually finish a bottle, build the habit, and decide for yourself.
How it works
Order anything on this site. Take it as directed. If within 60 days of delivery you decide it isn't for you, email support@renunorth.com with your order number and one line about why. We'll refund your purchase price to the original payment method within 5–10 business days of approving the request.
Opened bottles are fine — that's the entire point. You don't need to ship anything back unless we ask, and if we do ask, we cover the return label. There is no restocking fee and no penalty for using the guarantee.
What's covered
Every product we sell, single items and stacks alike, at full price or on Subscribe & Save. Subscription orders are covered the same way: the guarantee applies to each delivery for 60 days from the date that delivery arrives, and you can pause, swap or cancel your subscription at any time from your account with no fee.
The fine print, kept short
One guarantee refund per household on the same product — we're happy to make it right once, and after that we'd rather you spent your money on something that suits you better. Damaged, lost or incorrect orders aren't a guarantee matter at all; tell us and we replace them immediately at no cost. Requests made after the 60-day window may still be honoured at our discretion, so it's always worth asking.
Why we can offer this
Because we know what's in the bottle. Every product is manufactured in a GMP-certified facility, third-party tested batch by batch, and labelled with the full dose of every active ingredient — no proprietary blends hiding a sprinkle of something behind a big total milligram number. When you're confident in the product, a long guarantee costs very little. When you're not, it costs a fortune. That asymmetry is the whole reason we publish it.
Free shipping across Canada and the continental USA on every order. Orders leave our fulfillment centre in 1–2 business days; US orders typically arrive in 3–6 business days, Canadian orders in 5–10. Canadian orders of CAD $40 or more may owe border tax and a FedEx handling fee on delivery — details on our shipping page.
