Free shipping across Canada and the continental USA
Every order ships free, in both countries, with no minimum spend. There is no shipping line added at checkout, nothing added to your total, and nothing on your invoice — the price you see on the product page is the price you pay us.
Where your order ships from
All Renu North products are manufactured and fulfilled in the United States, at our fulfillment partner's facility in Denver, Colorado. Every order — Canadian or American — leaves from there. We do not hold or ship stock from Canada.
Timing
Orders are handed to our fulfillment centre within 1–2 business days. US orders ship by USPS and typically arrive within 3–6 business days; Canadian orders ship by FedEx and typically arrive within 5–10 business days. You'll receive tracking by email the moment your parcel ships. Orders placed on weekends or holidays begin processing the next business day.
Where we ship
Canada and the continental United States. Shipping is free to both. We can't currently ship to Alaska, Hawaii, or US territories, and we don't currently ship outside North America.
Shipping to Canada — please read before you order
Because we ship from the United States, every Canadian order crosses the border as an import, and Canadian law requires the carrier to collect tax and a customs handling fee on shipments above a set value. We cannot prepay this and we cannot remove it. It is collected by FedEx on behalf of the Canada Border Services Agency — not by us, and we receive no part of it.
Here is exactly what to expect.
Orders under CAD $40: nothing to pay. Under the CUSMA agreement, courier shipments valued below CAD $40 clear the border free of tax and duty. Your parcel arrives with nothing owing.
Orders of CAD $40 and above: expect roughly CAD $16 to $28. FedEx will email you before delivery. The amount is your provincial GST or HST on the order value (5% to 15% depending on where you live) plus FedEx's customs handling fee of about $12. As a guide: a $45 order is around $17, a $70 order around $20, and a $140 stack around $27.
This charge is paid directly to FedEx and is separate from what you paid us. Shipping itself remains free — we do not charge for delivery on any order, to any address, with no minimum.
If you would rather not pay an import charge, keep your order under CAD $40. Several of our single products are priced to sit below that line.
If a parcel is refused at delivery it is returned to our US fulfillment centre. We will refund the product price once it arrives back with us, less return shipping.
Shipping within the United States
US orders are fulfilled domestically and are never subject to import charges. The price you see is the price you pay.
Common questions
Will I be charged customs, duty or tax?
In the United States, no. Orders ship domestically and the price you see is the price you pay. In Canada, it depends on your order value. Orders under CAD $40 clear the border with nothing owing. Orders of CAD $40 or more are charged your provincial GST or HST plus a FedEx handling fee of about $12 — typically $16 to $28 in total, collected by FedEx before delivery.
Is there duty on top of that?
No. Our products qualify as US-origin goods under CUSMA, so the charge is tax and handling only. There is no duty.
Why do you tell me this up front when other stores don't?
Because we would rather you knew than be surprised at your door. If you'd prefer to avoid the charge entirely, keeping your order under CAD $40 does it.
Can I pay the import charge at checkout instead?
Not currently. Our fulfillment partner ships on delivered-duty-unpaid terms, so the carrier collects it directly from you. If that changes, we'll say so here.
If something goes wrong
If your parcel is delayed beyond 15 business days, arrives damaged, or doesn't arrive at all, email support@renunorth.com with your order number. We replace it at no cost to you, or refund it in full if you'd rather. That's separate from — and on top of — our 60-day money-back guarantee.

Subscribe & Save deliveries ship free on the same schedule, and take 10% off every order. Pause, swap or cancel anytime from your account. Canadian subscription orders follow the same import rules as one-time orders.
