Clinical rigour. Whole-person thinking.
Built out of two decades in the medical sciences, on one unchanging rule: if the research used 500 mg, the capsule holds 500 mg. And on one wider truth: health is a system, not a single switch.
Why this company exists
Walk into any supplement aisle and you'll find two problems sitting side by side. The first is the proprietary blend — a single milligram total printed on the label, covering a list of ingredients in unstated amounts. It tells you nothing. The second is the underdose: an ingredient that has real research behind it, included at a fraction of the amount the research actually used, so the label can carry the name without the cost.
Renu North started from a simple refusal to do either. If a study used 500 mg, the capsule holds 500 mg. If we can't say how much of something is in the bottle, it doesn't go in the bottle. Every dose is printed, every batch is tested, and every claim we make is one we can point at a research paper for.
That's the whole business. Not a philosophy statement — a purchasing rule.
Where the standard comes from
Renu North was built out of two decades in the medical sciences — a world where you don't get to say a thing works. You have to show the batch record, the test result and the traceability behind it, or it doesn't ship.
Supplements aren't regulated to that standard. We hold ours there anyway, because it's the only way we know how to work: specify the dose from the literature, source the form the literature used, manufacture under GMP, test the finished batch, and publish exactly what's inside. That isn't a philosophy statement — it's the working method.
Rigour and the whole person
The supplement world usually makes you pick a side. The clinical brands treat the body like a chemistry problem and talk to you in milligrams. The wellness brands understand that health is a whole life — sleep, food, movement, stress — but get vague the moment you ask for evidence. We think that split is false, and we refuse it.
The body isn't a list of parts; it's a set of systems that move together. Sleep shapes recovery, recovery shapes energy, energy shapes focus, and stress leans on all of it at once. That's the real reason we build stacks — not to sell more bottles, but because the research itself keeps pointing at systems, not single switches. Support the system properly and each ingredient does more than it would alone.
Holistic, to us, also means honest about where a capsule fits. A supplement is one input. It works alongside sleep, real food, movement and daylight — not instead of them. We'd rather tell you that plainly and earn a customer for years than pretend a bottle is a shortcut and lose you in a month.
What we refuse to do
No proprietary blends. Every ingredient carries its own number. If a competitor's label shows one total for eleven ingredients, you are being asked to trust that the expensive ones aren't the smallest.
No fairy dusting. An ingredient goes in at a studied amount or it doesn't go in. We would rather ship a shorter ingredient list than a longer one that does less.
No fear marketing. We don't sell against your age, your body or your anxieties. Supplements are a tool for building something, at any age — a routine, a recovery, a clearer afternoon. Our whole line is built around what you're trying to do, not what you're trying to escape.
No disease claims. Supplements support normal structure and function. They are not treatments. Anyone telling you otherwise is either uninformed or in trouble with a regulator.
How the products are made
Every Renu North product is manufactured in the United States in facilities operating under FDA current Good Manufacturing Practice regulations, with third-party testing on finished batches for identity, potency and contaminants. Formulas are specified to the clinically studied dose and the form that the research used — magnesium as glycinate rather than oxide, CoQ10 as ubiquinone, Lion's Mane standardized to 40% polysaccharides, creatine as micronized monohydrate.
Fulfilment runs out of our partner's facility in Denver, Colorado. Every order — Canadian or American — leaves from there; we don't hold stock in Canada. Shipping is free to both countries with no minimum. Because Canadian orders cross the border as imports, orders of CAD $40 or more are charged provincial tax plus a FedEx handling fee — usually CAD $16 to $28, collected by FedEx before delivery. Orders under CAD $40 clear with nothing owing. We would rather you read that here than discover it at your door; the full breakdown is on our shipping page.
What we promise you

Who it's for
Anyone building something. The 22-year-old adding creatine to a first serious training block and the 58-year-old protecting a long career of good afternoons are running the same play: pick the thing that's actually studied, take the dose that was actually used, and stay consistent long enough for it to count.
We build for that person, whatever decade they're in.
