60-Day Money-Back Guarantee
We want you to judge our products the only way that's fair: by taking them consistently for long enough to matter. So every Renu North product is covered by a 60-day money-back guarantee.
How to use it. Email support@renunorth.com within 60 days of delivery with your order number and a sentence about what didn't work for you. We'll refund your purchase to the original payment method within 5–10 business days of approval.
Opened bottles are fine. You can't evaluate a supplement without taking it. An opened or partially used bottle does not void the guarantee.
You usually don't need to send anything back. In most cases we don't ask for a return. If we do request one, we'll cover the return shipping. There is no restocking fee, ever.
What's covered. All single products and stacks, bought at full price or through Subscribe & Save. Subscription orders are covered for 60 days from each delivery.
Fine print. The guarantee is limited to one refund per household per product, so that it stays available to everyone. Damaged, lost or incorrect orders are handled separately and always replaced or refunded in full — just email us. Refunds are issued to the original payment method; we can't refund to a different card or account.
