Shipping, customs and delivery
Where do you ship from?
Everything is manufactured and fulfilled in the United States, at our fulfillment partner's facility in Denver, Colorado. Every order — Canadian or American — leaves from there.
How much is shipping?
Nothing. Shipping is free across Canada and the continental USA, with no minimum spend and no shipping line at checkout. We can't currently ship to Alaska, Hawaii, or US territories.
Will I be charged customs, duty or tax?
In the United States, no. Orders ship domestically and the price you see is the price you pay.
In Canada, it depends on your order value. We ship from the US, so Canadian orders are imports. Orders under CAD $40 clear the border with nothing owing. Orders of CAD $40 or more are charged your provincial GST or HST plus a FedEx handling fee of about $12 — typically $16 to $28 in total, collected by FedEx before delivery.
There is no duty on our products. They qualify as US-origin goods under CUSMA, so the charge is tax and handling only.
We would rather tell you this up front than surprise you at the door. If you'd prefer to avoid the charge entirely, keeping your order under CAD $40 does it. Full detail is on our shipping page.
How long does delivery take?
Orders leave the fulfillment centre in 1–2 business days. US orders typically arrive in 3–6 business days; Canadian orders in 5–10. You'll get tracking by email as soon as your parcel ships.
What if my order is late, damaged or never arrives?
Email support@renunorth.com with your order number. We replace it at no cost, or refund it in full if you'd rather.
Guarantee and returns
What if the product isn't for me?
You have 60 days from delivery. Email us with your order number and one line about why, and we refund your purchase price. Opened bottles are fine — that's the entire point. Full terms on our guarantee page.
Do I have to ship the bottle back?
No, unless we ask — and if we ask, we cover the return label.
Products
Are your products third-party tested?
Yes. Every product is manufactured in a GMP-certified facility and third-party tested batch by batch.
Do you use proprietary blends?
No. Every active ingredient is listed at its full dose on the label. No blend hiding a sprinkle of something behind a large total milligram number.
How do I know which products to take together?
Our stacks are built for that — each one groups products that work on the same system, at a lower price than buying the components separately. If you'd like a recommendation, email support@renunorth.com and tell us what you're working on.

How does Subscribe & Save work?
You save 10% on every delivery, shipping stays free, and you can pause, swap or cancel anytime from your account with no fee.
Does the guarantee apply to subscription orders?
Yes — to each delivery, for 60 days from the date that delivery arrives.
